• WhatsApp Business Data: WABA ID (WhatsApp Business Account ID), Phone Number ID, and Business Profile information.
• Access Tokens: System User Access Tokens required to send and receive messages on your behalf.

C. Message Data (WhatsApp)

To function as a CRM and Messaging Platform, we process:

• Your contact list (names and phone numbers of your customers).
• Message content (text, media) sent and received through your connected WhatsApp number.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Facilitate WhatsApp Messaging: To authenticate your account with Meta and enable sending/receiving messages via the WhatsApp Cloud API.
